Many people have a hard time getting to the gym when most of the population doesn’t even need complex exercises and heavy gym machinery to get effective workouts that keep you healthy. At Monterey Personal Training we’re trying to remove that unnecessary barrier to working out so everyone can have access to the resistance training everyone needs to be getting at least twice a week.

Monterey Personal Training is all about removing the barriers that keep people from getting the exercise they need. We believe that many of the world’s health problems could be resolved by getting the recommended 150 minutes of moderate to vigorous exercise and 2 days of resistance training that the World Health Organization recommends.
